Returns & Exchanges

At Batch, we strive for the perfect fit, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging and attach the pre-paid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress.
